The Buying Process
We will make buying your next home as easy and painless as possible. Below is an overview of the steps to get there.
Step 1
Schedule a Coffee chat (drinks on me!)
We will meet up to talk through your hopes and dreams for your future house. We will walk through the entire process of buying a home and answer any real estate questions you may have.

Step 2
Get connected to a trusted lender
(Believe me, this step can make all the difference!)
We have a team of the BEST in the industry. They will answer questions on what loan type is best for you, how much you need for a down payment, interest rates, when to lock, closing costs, etc. This will help you figure out your buying power.

Step 3
Set up Buyer Portal
A website fully customized for you. This will alert us when something new gets listed that fits your criteria the minute it hits the market or is inputted as coming soon. This way, we can both stay on top of new listings so we won’t miss the perfect house for you.

Step 4
Showing Time!
We will go see the houses you are most interested in together. This is where our team really stands out from the rest. We are skilled at sharing with you about resale value, pros/cons of the home, neighborhood features, discussing commute times, picturing your life in the house… we truly counsel you during this process to help make sure you are making the right decision. We like to keep it real!

Step 5
Write an Offer to Purchase.
We will advise you on the most favorable terms to help your offer stand out. We will also run a detailed Comparative Market Analysis to determine pricing and negotiate the best terms on your behalf. We will discuss trends, appreciation, and more so that you understand your decision. We LOVE to get you a good deal. If you win, we feel like we have too!

Step 6
Escrow Process
Once the home is under contract, we will open escrow. This means that the home is officially off the market and it’s time for due diligence. But don’t worry, this is where our team really excels. Time sensitive deadlines, home inspectors, survey requirements, title searches, contract requirements, and more - we’ve got you covered. We LOVE to negotiate during inspections and pride ourselves in negotiating repair allowances for our buyers. Let’s get you to closing!

Step 7
Closing
This usually occurs around 30 days after you sign the contract. We will be there to celebrate you and make sure all the loose ends are tied up to make this house your home.

Step 8
Client Appreciation Program
Our job is not over once you are closed! We are here for you post closing for anything else you may need… contractor referrals, paint selections, neighborhood sports questions. You name it! We also do several events throughout the year so we can’t wait to keep in touch with you.
